MY CRYSTAL EXTINGUISHED MY WICK:

The crystals will naturally be drawn into the wax pool. If they lean on your wick simply wait until wax cools and use a spoon to guide the crystal back to the side wall of the glass and relight.

MY CRYSTALS LOOK A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN THE PHOTO ONLINE:

Crystals are natural formations and will vary slightly in color, shape, and size. We strive for consistency whenever possible but Mother Nature is the boss.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY CRYSTALS AFTER THE CANDLE IS FINISHED:

We intentionally are a zero waste packaging company. The wood box was chosen because its a beautiful, renewable resource that can easily be repurposed. The cotton pouches are especially nice to house your crystals after the life of the candle. First wipe the majority of the wax off your crystals with a paper towel. Then simply wash crystals over a strainer with very soapy hot water and continue hot water rinsing until clean. We really love the rough crystals as they retain a bit of the fragrance from the candle wax. Carry your crystal pouch in your purse or when you take a yoga and meditation classes, set on the dash of your car or windowsill for all the good energy they radiate. Maybe toss your crystal pouch in your lingerie drawer - you can thank us Sunday morning for that tip <3

REALLY HELPFUL BURN TIPS:

Always burn candles until the wax pools to the edge of the glass. ESPECIALLY FOR THE FIRST BURN. Otherwise you will experience ‘tunneling’ which wastes the wax on the side of the glass. Only burn in 3-4 hour increments. Keep wicks trimmed to 1/4" to minimize smoke and the size of the flame. Burn on a temperature safe surface. Never allow a wick to rest against the glass or it will crack. Keep small objects and all things that are lit on fire away from children, pets and other flammable items. ALWAYS remove the Palo Santo stick before lighting your Aire Boheme candle. You are setting something on fire in the most expensive thing youve ever purchased, your home. Be mindful of that and use common sense.NEVER Leave a lot candle unattended!

USE OF OUR PHOTOS or COPY:
